Radcliffe Rods' Quality Guarantee
We want you to be highly satisfied with your Radcliffe Custom Rod. Each rod is built to very high quality standards and we believe you will be happy with your purchase for many years to come. However, if a rod should happen to fail due to manufacturer defect, we want to hear from you. We will work with each individual customer to ensure a fair, honest and positive experience.
One year from the date of purchase, rods with defects in materials or workmanship will rebuilt at no cost, except for a $25.00 shipping and handling fee. To qualify for this warranty, you must:

provide a copy of your receipt showing proof of purchase and the purchase date

be the original purchaser of the product (warranty is non-transferable)

provide three photos of the damage to the rod, and
-
provide a description of the damage to the rod and cause of damage.
Warranty claims should be sent to radclifferods@gmail.com. Once received, Radcliffe Rods will determine if the damage is due to a defect in materials or workmanship, in which case an email will be sent with further instructions to pay the $25.00 fee and return the rod. Rebuilds will take approximately 6-8 weeks. Return shipping of the rod to the customer will be covered by the $25.00 fee.
Open water rods broken at the top 20 inches of the rod and ice rods broken at the top 5 inches are not covered by this warranty.
